About Us

Justin Kreger opened Vertical Works’ doors in 2006 due to the lack of manufactures willing to work with customers to create a true custom modular home or addition. At Vertical Works, we love all of the ideas and dreams our customers present to us for their home or addition projects. We don’t shy away from bold, modern, traditional, vintage, cabin style or contemporary homes: with us the options are endless. During our years in business, we have built homes that have been sent to Illinois, Iowa, and all over the great state of Wisconsin!

Vertical Works started with 4 employees and since has doubled in size. Our employees are dedicated and are extremely detail oriented. It’s because of our employees that Vertical Works has become an innovator in the modular manufacturing industry.

Whenever possible, we invite potential  and current customers to our factory to see how modular homes are built. Most are amazed that we can build their dream home in 4 to 5 weeks! Visitors love the idea that the house never sees a drop of rain during the building process or that we can paint the walls any color they want before the house is even shipped! It’s the little details that sometimes count the most.

Our doors are open to all possibilities. Come check us out! We would love to be part of your project!

“Thank you for allowing our customers to view their projects at your factory. All of them expressed how gracious you were to them, and the amount of time you spent with them was greatly appreciated.” – Jeff K
